Refund Policy

We appreciate everyone who does business with us! Please take a moment to review our refund policy.

When Refunds are Applicable
Refunds are applicable with some of our services when the project is behind time (when we are at fault) or the work on the project is incomplete (agreed upon by both parties). In every case, a refund cannot exceed the amount paid by the client. Where a project was commenced by us only a partial refund on the amount paid by the client can be issued.

Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once we have started work on the project. Once we start to work on these services the time put in cannot be returned and as such, are non-refundable:

• Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• Document Editing & Formatting
• Image To Text

Refunds
Your refund will be issued via cash or cheque. Working time and expenses associated with issuing your refund will be deducted. You will be given a full break down of your refund in person or via email. If you have any concerns then please do not hesitate to contact us.
