Project turn around times vary from project to project. Times will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of contact.
We strive to produce high quality content with each and every project. However, if you are dissatisfied with the service we have provided you, then there are a number of steps that can be taken: (1) Dialogue - We have a discussion to find out what went wrong and how the situation can be rectified. (2) Resolution - This is where you clearly identify the areas you are dissatisfied with and we will make a concerted attempt to rectify your project. Absolutely! At the meeting stage we'll show you samples of some of the work we've done in the past upon request. For privacy reasons, we will not display previous work on our website. You can view more information in the How It Works section here.
